Board of Ethics and Compliance
Established by Ordinance No.261-2019
The Board of Ethics and Compliance was established by the City Commission to oversee the City's Ethics Ordinance. The Board of Ethics and Compliance shall consist of five voting members, four of whom shall be qualified voters of the City and one may be a resident of the City's ETJ. No member may hold elective or appointed office under the city or any other government, hold any other political party office or be a candidate for any office. An alternate member, with the qualifications required of the five voting members, may be appointed.
