November 2025

Beat 10 is a mainly commercial and non-profit area which also involves multiple subdivisions residences in the area. The boundaries of Beat 10 are south of the Y.M.C.A. to the city limits and east of FM 762/Thompson Highway to the Brazos River. The common names for the subdivisions in this area are Hillcrest Estates, Country Club Estates, Bayou Estates, Ironwood Forest, Bonham Acres, Jane Long Farms, and a portion of Veranda.

During the month of November, I met with the employee on duty at Top Spot, who reported no problems or complaints.

I also met with one of the employees at the new Planet Fitness and provided my business card. She too reported no problems or complaints.  

Throughout the month of November, I focused on neighborhood and business presence patrols along with traffic enforcement.

Goals Accomplished:

During this month I set out to increase familiarity with not only the area comprising Beat 10 but also the businesses and any significant citizen concerns.

Goals Next Month:

Next month I intend to refine and practice tactics, techniques, and procedures for patrol and traffic enforcement. In addition, I intend to increase patrols in and throughout residential areas to deter crimes that may be afoot at nighttime.
