Serving on a City board or commission is an opportunity to help shape the future of Richmond by sharing your time, knowledge, and experience. Board and commission members provide valuable input and recommendations on issues affecting the community.

Membership is open to qualified City of Richmond residents. Service is voluntary and without compensation. Most boards and commissions meet once a month. The City Commission appoints all board and commission members, and any required training will be provided.

Applications remain on file through the end of the calendar year.
