(Richmond, Texas)- Mayor Becky Haas appointed Commissioner Terry Gaul as the Mayor Pro-Tem for the Richmond City Commission. The City Charter provides for the mayor at the first regular meeting after each election to appoint a Commission Member as Mayor Pro-Tem to perform the mayor’s duties during the mayor’s absence.

Mayor Becky Haas also appointed Commissioner Alex BeMent to the Development Corporation of Richmond Board (DCR). The DCR Board of Directors consists of seven (7) board members, two (2) who are City Commission members nominated by the mayor and appointed by the City Commission as directors.
