(Richmond, Texas)- Richmond City Commission has approved a Construction Services Contract for $542,655.80 to GM Vera Contractors for water line extensions project. The project involves installation of 1070 linear feet of water line along Williams Way Blvd. between IH 69/ US 59 Frontage Road to Manford Blvd. and 2920 linear feet of water line installed along FM 359 between Jones Creek and FM 359.

This project aligns with the City’s Comprehensive Master Plan and demonstrates Richmond’s commitment to leverage public investments to enhance the existing community and promote growth.
