A train derailment has occurred on the UP tracks in the Richmond/ Rosenberg area. All crossings through the City of Richmond are blocked so please avoid this area if possible. We ask for your patience if you are in the area traffic affected by the derailment. Richmond Police officers are on site at the emergency Second St. underpass guiding traffic in both directions. Expect delays and plan alternate routes.
