Water Utility Bill Printing Error
The City will reprint water utility bills
City of Richmond Utility customers as well as MUD 140 (Rivers Edge) customers will be receiving a revised utility bill. Due to a printing error, the line item with the water usage dollar amount is not visible. It’s important to note that the total dollar amount on the bills are correct, only the line item for water did not print but is reflected in the total.
