Rotary club of Richmond pops free popcorn for everyone and the city provides free water. We encourage everyone to bring their own chairs and blankets. A Dessert Truck will be on site for Italian ice purchase. Grab your dinner beforehand at Richmond Farmers Market, in the City Hall plaza from 3- 7 pm. that day, or at one of the downtown restaurants.
