Sealed bids in duplicate will be received by the City of Richmond, Fort Bend County, Texas for furnishing all plant, labor, material, and equipment, and for performing all work required for construction of the City of Richmond Elevated Storage Tank No. 4 (WA002). Major items of work includes: (1) 1500,000 gallon multi-leg elevated storage tank including foundation, appurtenances, electrical and site piping.
Bids will be received until 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at the City of Richmond City Hall Annex, 600 Morton Street, Richmond, Texas 77469. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 10, 2018.

A pre-bid conference for all bidders will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Tuesday, June 26, 2018, at the City of Richmond City Hall Annex, 600 Morton Street, Richmond, Texas 77469. It is recommended that all bidders attend the pre-bid conference; however, attendance is not mandatory.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid, issued by an acceptable surety, shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to City of Richmond or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond.

The City of Richmond, Texas, hereinafter referred to as “the City”, is soliciting proposals for Benefits Consulting and Brokerage Services. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR INSURANCE COVERAGE.
Respondents are required to submit one (1) original and three (3) copies of the proposed package no later than 3:00 p.m. CDT on Thursday, June 21, 2018. Competitive Sealed Proposals will be received by the City of Richmond until 2:00 p.m. CST, Thursday, June 14, 2018, and all bids will be opened and publicly read at the City Commission Chamber/Court Room at the City Hall Annex located at 600 Morton Street, Richmond, TX 77469 on that date for: The Construction of the new Fire Station No. 2.
Project identification: Project consists of all labor, supervision, materials, services and equipment required in conjunction with all work to construct a new Fire Station of approximately 5,277 square feet, as shown on the drawings dated April 12, 2018 and described in the specifications dated May 4, 2018.
