From time to time, the City may seek formal requests for proposals for services, qualifications for professional services or formal bids for major projects.

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS - Professional Engineering Services

 April 4, 2018 - The City of Richmond requests engineering firms provide statement of qualifications for professional engineering services related to Ground Storage Tank (GST) Rehabilitation. The scope of services will include design of rehabilitation for the Ransom Road GST located at the northwest intersection of Ransom Road and Williams Way Boulevard. The GST was constructed in 1978, has a capacity of 500,000 gallons, and height of 40 feet. Engineer will provide survey, design, bid, and construction phase services. Responses must be received at the City of Richmond – City Hall Annex, Public Works Director, 600 Morton Street, Richmond, Texas 77469, no later than 2:00 pm, Thursday, April 19, 2018. April 10, 2018 - The CITY OF RICHMOND, TEXAS is requesting statements of qualifications and technical proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to audit its financial statements for the fiscal years ending September 30, 2018 through 2020; with the option by City of Richmond to extend contract for one or two additional fiscal years, not to exceed five (5) consecutive annual audits as prescribed by the City’s Charter, Section 7.18.

To be considered, a proposal must be received by the City of Richmond, Finance Director, 402 Morton St., Richmond, Texas 77469 by 3:00 PM on May 3, 2018.  The City of Richmond reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted.  Please click the link for the requirements:  Request for Qualifications for Annual Audit Services
