From time to time, the City may seek formal requests for proposals for services, qualifications for professional services or formal bids for major projects.

October 12, 2018 - Advertisement for Bids - WTP 3 Ground Storage Tank 1 Rehabilitation - Due 11/8/2018

Sealed BIDS, in duplicate, will be received at the City of Richmond City Hall Annex, 600 Morton Street, Richmond, Texas 77469, until 2:00 p.m. Local Time, November 8, 2018 and then publicly opened and read for "WTP 3 Ground Storage Tank 1 Rehabilitation, City of Richmond." Address bids to City of Richmond, Attention Mr. Howard Christian, Public Works Director.

The pre-bid conference will be held on October 25, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. Local Time, at the City of Richmond City Hall Annex, 600 Morton, Richmond TX 77469.

Major items of work include rehabilitation and coating of the existing 500,000-gallon Ground Storage Tank, including lead paint removal; interior and exterior painting; site improvements; rehabilitation and/or replacement of various tank appurtenances detailed in the Drawings and Project Manual; and returning the tank to active service.

September 20, 2018 - Request for Proposals - Health and Welfare Benefit Coverage - DUE 10/11/18

** ADDENDUM - Chapter 1550 Waiver **

City of Richmond will receive written and sealed proposals for Medical, Dental, Life/AD&D, Long Term Disability, and Vision, only.  Please do not provide benefits proposals for items not listed above.  Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 P.M., CST, on October 11, 2018, at the address listed below.  Proposals received after that date and time will be returned unopened.  Each proposal and supporting documentation must be in a sealed envelope or container plainly labeled:  "Health and Welfare Benefits Coverage Proposal.”  Proposers must also include their company name and address on the outside of the envelope or container.  Proposals must be addressed to: City of Richmond, Attn: Linda Cruz, 402 Morton Street, Richmond, Texas 77469.
