Officer Kristie Pena

November 2018

During the month of November, I met three residents. The first resident I met was Luciano Martinez. Mr. Martinez stated he has been living at his residence for 8 years. Mr. Martinez stated he does not have any issues at this time. I gave Mr. Martinez my business card and advised him if he has any problems or concerns to feel free to contact me. The second resident I met was Marilin Landaverde. Ms. Landaverde stated she has been living at her residence for 5 years and 5 months. Ms. Landaverde stated she does not have any problems at this time and feels safe in her neighborhood. I gave Ms. Landaverde my business card and advised her to give me a call if she has any problems or concerns. The third resident I met was Bayron Landaverde. Mr. Landaverde stated he has been living at his residence for 5 years. Mr. Landaverde stated he does not have any problems at this time other than loud music on the weekends and neighbors staying up late drinking alcohol. I advised Mr. Landaverde that we would continue to do our part of patrolling the area on the weekends and enforce any laws and city ordinances necessary.  I also informed Mr. Landaverde that he can also call the police when these incidents occur. I gave Mr. Landaverde my business card and advised him to give me a call if he has any other problems or concerns.

I located one junk vehicles this month. The vehicle was a silver 2002 Buick 4 door passenger car. The vehicle was parked in the 1100 block of San Jacinto Avenue that is registered to Oscar Gray Jr and Wanda Gray. The vehicle has an expiration since February of 2018. I left a junk vehicle notice in the front driver side door handle.

I do not have a registered sex offender in my beat.
